Village Hall Support Fund
ACOL VILLAGE HALL SUPPORT FUND – 200 Club
The Support Fund for the Village Hall was originally established by Sam and Mary Hodgson (previous Management Committee Members) to raise funds towards the ongoing maintenance of the Hall. The fund is made up of 200 numbers, and Membership of the fund is open to all. Members of The 200 Club are each allocated a number or numbers that will be entered into a quarterly draw. Payment is £1 for each number payable quarterly or annually in advance (£12 a year per number). Should a member not pay their contribution their number will not be entered in the draw and the prize fund will be reduced accordingly. The money contributed is shared 50:50 between the Hall Support Fund and a prize fund. From September 2024 when the draw changed from monthly to quarterly (Sep/Dec/Mar/Jun) the prize fund is divided between two winning numbers, with 2/3 of the fund as the first prize and 1/3 as the second prize. If you have any questions or would like to become a member of The 200 Club please call Iris Osborne on 01843 838829 or 07951 072914 who will allocate your number(s). We will be very pleased to have your support.
Club members can pay by cash but preference would be payments either three monthly or annually directly into the Village Hall Bank Account, whose details follow...
