I am extremely sorry to report that we have been advised that, because KCC are changing contractors, this year, to Ringway instead of Amey, there will be a delay in delivering Highways schemes in Kent, and Acol's 20-mph scheme is not now expected to be delivered until between June and August. As soon as I have further, firmer dates, I will of course let you know. ☹️
